Children (0-21)

Child Health programs can help children (ages 0- 21) and families with the following:

  • Help with finding a doctor or dentist for medical/dental care
  • Assistance in Obtaining healthcare coverage
  • Referral to community resources and services
  • Health education and support on a variety of topics
  • Nutrition education and support
  • Home visits by a registered nurse and/or social worker
  • Dental hygienist, education, support and referral to treatment
